Stochastic thoughts on science, testing, and programming.

Software

I authored and maintain twill, a scriptable command-line Web browser designed for testing and Web scraping.

I authored and maintain the Cartwheel Bioinformatics Toolkit, a combined Web site and GUI for biological sequence analysis.

I maintain a number of little packages at vallista.idyll.org, including an SCGI-to-WSGI adapter, a statistical profiler for Python, and an extended Web sessions module for Quixote.

There are a lot of random projects in darcs repositories at darcs.idyll.org/~t/projects/.
